A welcoming practice, inviting you to return home to your mind and your body, surrendering to flowing movement and breath, whilst strengthening and lengthening in the process! We combine all 8 limbs of yoga whilst we are on the mat to allow us to envelop this into our day to day lives.
It's me, hey! I've worked with Health & Fitness for over 10 years, a mixture of Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training & Operational management; my true love being the community family feel of what group classes and coaching can offer.
I am studying a Psychology and Counselling degree with the dream of having a Holistic therapy business alongside my Yoga Teaching, to be able to offer more to you on your journey :)
I have a Bengal called Nala who often likes to get involved with Yoga practice, you will see her in Zoom classes!
Having completed both 200hr and 300hr Teacher Trainings in India, the overwhelming feeling when I first arrived was fear. That feeling of allowing myself to blossom, to travel to the true route of myself and come home. Unravelling the many layers and walls I had built in fear of being uniquely me, was eye opening. Yoga is not a destination, it is a journey, a constant practice both on and off the mat.
I have created a space where each soul is able to come home to their true self, and be comfortable and happy in their space, their body, their home. I would love for you to join me :)
